Innovative Illumination Design can provide lighting services for almost any type of project. We specialize in estates and high-end residential, hospitality, restaurants, retail and landscape. Depending on the project, some or all of the services listed below can be provided.

• Attend design meetings with the owner and design team
• Provide detailed lighting plans for design review and installation
• Provide samples of fixtures for owner approval
• Provide mock-ups for pre-approval of effects
• Provide a fixture schedule with fixture and lamp specifications, for use by others for bidding, purchasing and installation purposes
• Provide a lighting load schedule with wattages, load types and dimming capabilities, for use by lighting control system providers for bidding, installation layouts and programming
• Attend site inspections to ensure fixtures are installed as per the plans, and to address special on-site conditions
• Focus adjustable light fixtures on art work and other architectural details, utilizing lamps, lenses, gels and other lighting tools to create lighting effects specific to individual features
• Flag actual locations of landscape light fixtures once plants are installed, and provide focusing once installed
